What Does Ethics Mean to Us?

Ethics for Al Nasr Driving School are more than just a policy, they are the very life force in our existence. They lay the foundation for the way we treat our learners, partners, and fellow colleagues with respect, fairness, and honesty. If one were to take it as a traffic signal system for our firm-the first guarantor for every move, a path on which all actions are crisp, and least of all, the concept of everyone standing in a position of responsibility could hardly be imagined!

Our Core Ethical Principles

We have ethical principles that run through everything we do and how we conduct ourselves in training, an ideology that forms how we make decisions and how we provide our services both far and wide. Our code of ethics includes:

  • Honesty/Integrity: To pursue actions in an honest way, in case no one is observing.
  • Fairness: To treat everyone, whether learner, instructor, or inspector, equally and without discrimination.
  • Transparency: To be forthright in communications with all stakeholders.
  • Accountability: Have the complete ownership of the consequences of one’s acts.
  • Respect: Preserve dignity and professionalism in relations.

Ethical Behavior for Employees and Instructors

Every instructor, administrator, employee-beneficiary of the service, all are representatives of the school values. Employees must:

  • Abide by the laws of the UAE as far as the driving schools rules are concerned.
  • Keep confidential all records of students.
  • Avoid any kind of conflict of interest or unfair treatment.
  • Actively work in fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Report unethical behavior, if any, to the management immediately.

Respect and Equality for All Learners

We embrace learners of various cultures, gender and nationalities. All students are not discriminated on training schedules, pricing, or assessment. Our all inclusive nature stands to the UAE principles of diversity and togetherness where all people have an equal opportunity to get their driving license and feel confident about it.

Confidentiality and Data Ethics

It is both ethical and legal to ensure the safety of the personal information of our students. We deal with all the records such as driving test results, payment details and ID documents in a confidential manner. Only the authorised personnel may have access to it and the data is safely preserved in line with the UAE privacy laws.

Promoting an Ethical Learning Culture

We also feel that ethics are to be practiced and not to be preached. That’s why we:

  • Conduct frequent professional ethics seminars.
  • Reward and acknowledge the ethical behavior of employees.
  • Incorporate instructor training programs on ethics.
Through this culture, we are able to make all learners and team members realize that ethical driving is not confined to the road test.

Our Ethical Promise to the UAE Community

At Al Nasr Driving School, we are famous because of ethical excellence. We will be responsible, open, and fair in all the services we render including light vehicle classes, heavy machinery training. Since the essence of driving starts with values behind the wheel, honesty, patience and respect.
