What Is a Supplier Code of Conduct?
A Supplier Code of Conduct is a list of values and anticipations against which suppliers act when conducting business with our company. It is the same as the agreement on the same rules of the road prior to driving together, all remain safe, fair and in the same direction.
Purpose of the Policy
This policy is aimed at:
- Encourage responsible, open-minded and ethical business conduct.
- Make sure that all the suppliers are in accordance with the UAE laws, labor rights and sustainability.
- Be trustful, safe and accountable in all transactions.
- Support constant enhancement and equity in supply relationships.

The suppliers are required to:
- Execute all their activities adhering to the highest standards of ethics and legality.
- Steer clear of any forms of corruption, bribery, and unfair competition.
- Reveal in written form any conflicts of interest
- Show respect for confidentiality during the period of handling the A1 Nasr Driving School data.
Health, Safety, and Environment
We anticipate that the suppliers will use environmentally friendly practices and will also ensure that the work environments are safe. Supplier Safety Compliance Checklist:
- Supply workers with personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to UAE occupational health and safety standards.
- Conduct safe disposal of hazardous materials.
- Make sure that the emissions from vehicles and machinery are within the prescribed limits.
- Offer regular safety training to the staff.
Labor & Human Rights
The suppliers will:
- Keep the human dignity and equal opportunity.
- Make it a rule to not hire child labor or forced labor.
- Pay the workers fairly and punctually.
- Create and maintain safe and respectful workplaces that do not allow harassment or discrimination.
Quality & Performance Standards
All products and services that are delivered must comply with Al Nasr Driving School’s quality standards. Suppliers are required to establish systems of continuous improvement such as conducting internal quality checkups and taking corrective actions.
Confidentiality and Information Security
Suppliers are to take the greatest care possible with confidential or sensitive information (e.g., training records, student information, or business documents). Security Practices Required:
- Always use encrypted communication for document sharing.
- Internal data must not be revealed without written permission.
- Any breach or accidental disclosure should be reported immediately.
- Adhere to the guidelines in our Information Management Security Policy.
Environmental Responsibility
It is strongly advised that suppliers do the following things:
- Attempt to utilize less energy and generate less waste.
- Preferably, use recycled material.
- Ensure the environment is more clean by applying green technologies in logistics and operation.
Monitoring & Compliance
We hold all rights to:
- Audit or evaluate the suppliers.
- Collect documentation with the aim of compliance analysis.
- Revoke or cancel contracts due to infringements.
- Failure to comply might result in corrective action, re-consideration of partnership or even black listing by future tenders.
Communication and Training
All the suppliers should implement the following measures:
- Participate in the frequent supplier orientation meetings.
- Follow through on the ethical practices and sustainability goals of Al Nasr Driving School.
- Nominate one individual as the communication and compliance contact.
